Whitley Ridge is a mellow 18th century country house set in secluded grounds near Brockenhurst, peaceful and completely surrounded by the New Forest. Informal style and hospitality with a contemporary twist pervades.

Simply at Whitley Ridge offers great brasserie-style ‘New Forest’ food served in relaxed, informal surroundings. Head chef, James Golding, has created menus with a lovely twist using seasonal local produce, much of which is hand-picked daily from their walled kitchen garden. James has got some great experience.  

Simply is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. On warm days you’re welcome to eat outside on the Terrace and enjoy the beautiful New Forest surroundings.
